A DDP image (Disc Description Protocol) is a worldwide standard for the transfer of MASTER data (for the glass master) for the production of optical data carriers.

This format is supported by all manufacturers of CD and DVD mastering devices as well as professional workstations for processing audio or authoring DVDs.

Example programs (mastering programs) that can create a DDP image and instructions can be found in our yourDisc Wiki.
