The data is not available as an image file, but rather you send us the data as a pure .MP3 or .WAV file so that we can create an image from it later.

Please note that the creation of the master image may affect your delivery date. (1-2 additional working days.) You will also receive the image for download. Only when you have approved this will your ordered delivery time count.
