I have now ordered. How long does it take to receive my CDs/DVDs?

The delivery or production time depends entirely on the product you choose in the shop. We offer 3 different delivery time options.

Business days are only days from Monday to Friday. 7 working days would therefore be approx. 9 days (in total). Furthermore, your delivery time depends very much on when you provide us with your data, whether you have chosen additional options such as proofs or CD masters (mp3/wav) and whether your data survives our basic data check or may need to be corrected. (Of course, this only happens in your interest, so that you receive a product that you are very satisfied with. The following should be noted in all cases: The delivery date only applies from the time the order and the delivered print and CD/DVD copies are received. Master data is ready for production (also referred to as a complete order.) The order day can only be considered as a delivery date if the order is complete (see first section) before 9:30 a.m.
