I discovered errors while checking my data. And now?

Have you already uploaded your data and have you discovered an error on your image, digital or screen proof? No problem! In this case, simply call us on our free hotline or write us an email.
We will then reset your data so that you can upload it again. We will then create a new proof for you upon request. If the data is OK, simply approve it and you can finally get started.

If you have not ordered a proof, the time the money is received in our account is considered approval. If you have discovered an error, please call us as soon as possible so that the data does not go into production incorrectly!

But keep in mind that this may delay the delivery time!
