What is the ordering process like?

  1. Select the desired product from our product calculator and determine all options such as packaging, booklet, quantity, etc. The price is automatically displayed at the top right.
  2. Log in if you are already a customer or register with us for free.
  3. Click on the green “Next” button at the bottom right. Check your account details and enter your billing address and delivery address. Give your CD or DVD a name using “CD/DVD title”. For special requests, send us a message using the message field shown here. Click “Continue.”
  4. Enter your voucher code if you have one and select a payment method.
  5. Your chosen payment method will be displayed. Click “Continue” or change your payment method.
  6. At the end of your selection, check all the information again, especially the billing, delivery and sender addresses. You can make changes by clicking on the “Back” button or using the menu bar below.
  7. Lastly, confirm the “Copyrights” & Terms and Conditions. With us, if you are the sole owner/author of all materials to be reproduced (song lyrics, instrumentals, acapella, tracks and graphics), you can submit your declaration of exemption directly online. (Please be sure to read our “Copyright Agreement and Warranty and Release Declaration” condition. If anything is still unclear to you, you can also call our service team directly.) Alternatively, you can also choose the option “I will be responsible for this production apply for an extradition permit from GEMA.” In this case, we will then wait for an extradition permit from GEMA. Finally, confirm our general terms and conditions. If all the data is correct, the copyrights have been clarified and you have accepted our general terms and conditions, you can now click on “Order now”.
  8. You will now receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order as well as our bank details (for standard transfers). You can upload your audio and/or print data immediately or upload it later in the login/customer area under “Order status”.
  9. Under order status (in the login / customer area) you have another overview of the product you ordered and the data you provided.
  10. It is important that you release the data after uploading using the “Release” button in the “Order status” menu item.
  11. Your data will now be checked by our prepress department to ensure that it is free of technical errors. If you have ordered a proof from us, you also have the opportunity to check your audio or print data. If the data is ok and you have paid for your order, please send us an email and confirm that the data is ok and can now go into production. Only from this point on will your ordered product go into production. The delivery date that you specified when ordering (e.g. 20 working days) only applies once payment has been received and data has been released.
